Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened hair care, skin care or hair extension products cannot be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, email mandorltd@gmail.com with your order number. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
